Returns
Our return policy allows for returns within a 14-day period. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges if more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer. For returns within South Africa, The return Courier Charge will be at the clients expense ; a fee may apply for any additional returns. Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. The delivery time for exchanged products may vary based on your location. We also do not accept returns on undergarments, masks, perfumes, or sensitive items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item and inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 3-10 working days for the refund to reflect, as the timing may vary depending on your payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Please keep in mind that all refunds will be processed through the original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after 3-10 working days, please contact us at online@theghetto.co.za
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to exchange an item for you as long as the requested item and size are available. Exchanges will be sent to the original shipping address unless otherwise specified.
Store Credit
You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund when returning your purchase. This store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, which does not expire. If you would like to cancel your gift card and prefer a refund, please reach out to us at online@theghetto.co.za.
Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive an item that appears damaged or defective, please contact us at online@theghetto.co.za. All returned products will be inspected carefully and may be sent back to the supplier for evaluation. If an item is determined to be defective, we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that you did not order or the wrong size, please contact us at online@theghetto.co.za or submit a return request here.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver received the order to present to you later, we will process a refund for the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.
